Warm temperatures can damage the quality of sleep. The temperature must be slightly lower for the brain and body to maintain quality sleep after starting sleep.
“Keep the bedroom temperature between about 19 degrees and 21 degrees Celsius,” Rorshiv said. “Use a fan, open a window, or use a cooling pad to reduce the possibility of your body temperature rising.”
