The most important thing for dieting is to change your eating habits. In particular, it is more important to reduce the amount and the habit of chewing little by little than to eat little by little. When chewing food, a hormone called “parotin” in saliva absorbs digestion and removes germs from food. It also has anti-aging effects, strengthening bone and tooth tissue and increasing flexibility of blood vessels to increase white blood cells. It also helps hair and development. That’s why I’m telling my kids to “chew it up.”
