KB:  I heard that you are best friends with Paul An, the winner of Altitude World Supermodel Global. Is it true that you give him a lot of support for the competition?

JY: Paul An is a close friend of mine with tremendous potential.

But I gave them some advice because he had no experience in world competitions. I gave him advice based on my experience, but he was already a person who prepared a lot of things. As expected, he finished the competition well and won the championship.

KB: Was there any drastic change after the competition and before the competition?

Before the competition, I controlled the food for about six months.

After the competition, I ate a lot of my favorite food. I’ve changed my weight, but I’m maintaining it at a certain level.

KB: Before participating in all modeling competitions, you were working as a musical actor in Korea. Why did you suddenly quit your musical job?

JY: Musicals are one of the things I do. Rather than quitting, I stopped for a while to improve my weaknesses and fundamental skills. I’m thinking of starting over later.

KB: Many people see the rapid changes in your body and face, do you have any tips to share?

Steady exercise and a thorough diet are the answer. You have to be thorough with yourself without giving an inch, and I think it helps your appearance a lot. You can’t change your face, but you can change your makeup or hairstyle. It’s also very important to find what suits you best.
