The “best time to have sex” of the day breaks everyone’s expectations!

When most people think of sex, they think of “hot nights” after sunset. However, the results of a new lifestyle study overturn the existing notion.

Naturecan, a well-being brand, studied the lifecycles of 1,000 male and female participants between the ages of 18 and 65 and investigated physical rhythms.

Studies show that the best time to have sex was 7:30 in the morning. According to the Daily Mail, the reason is that most people wake up at 7 a.m. Participants had sex consistently for six weeks and each time recorded a stage of enjoyment (up to 10 levels).

As a result, one in four participants said they enjoyed sex the most at 7:30 a.m. In addition, two-thirds of the participants said they experienced the most satisfactory sex between 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Only 33 percent of the participants said they had the best sex at night, and 16 percent said 9 p.m. was the best time to have sex. 15% preferred 10 p.m., and only 2% said 11 p.m.

According to Daily Star, about 30 minutes after waking up, many people were getting some consciousness, sex, and endorphins (a neurotransmitter that relieves pain and gives pleasure to the brain and pituitary gland). In addition, Daily Star introduced that the advantages of morning sex are that you can get energy in the morning, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress levels
