#1 What did you do before you became a fitness trainer?


I originally entered the acting department of Seoul National University of Arts dreaming of becoming an actor. After graduating, I auditioned for the play for the first time in Daehakro, and the director said that he imagined me losing weight and cast me. So I had no choice but to lose weight. I lost weight in a short period of time after taking Chinese medicine for a diet, but I came to yo-yo as soon as possible. Even when I was cast for my second film, I had a problem with weight. As an actress, I didn’t have a clear color. I always heard that it would be nice to lose more weight.


I started yoga for the first time at a local yoga center for dieting, and I fell in love with yoga and even completed a yoga instructor course! When I first started working as a yoga instructor, I worked with a theatre actor. But as I became interested in teaching yoga, I wanted to learn more professionally. While doing yoga, I naturally became interested in various sports. One of them was weight training. Unlike yoga, it definitely changes the shape of your body! It’s very fun and charming, so I’m here now.
