#3 When is the most rewarding and difficult time of your life as a fitness trainer?
I think I’m very happy whenever I hear that I started exercising and started to get better! I just want to tell you one more thing for those who trust me and follow me! Not too long ago, I prepared for 3-4 months and took a body profile with the members. In the process, we were able to overcome difficult diets by giving feedback and cheering for each other. I also learn a lot from the hard-working members. They say dieting is a lonely fight. I wanted to make dieting a journey together, not a fight. And in the process, friends get it! After the profile shoot, she’s doing fine like a friend.
