#6 Is there any exercise other than weight training that you do to keep in shape?
I can’t stay still at home. So I keep doing things when I rest. When I’m at home, I take time to relax my stiff body by stretching or yoga rather than sweating. I sometimes went hiking because the Corona gym was closed for a long time. Actually, I like to drink makgeolli after hiking. It’s no exaggeration to say that I’m going hiking because of makgeolli!
