#7 How do you manage your diet?
I didn’t put a lot of restrictions on the amount except for filming or for special purposes! But let’s just pay a little attention to the types! Tofu and chicken breast vegetables are always full of vegetables. I like meat. I go to a meat buffet often. Don’t eat too many carbohydrates and don’t drink much! It’s very important to fit yourself because each person has a different lifestyle. As if night workers shouldn’t fast after 7 p.m., it’s good to find your own time and eat something delicious a day. My appetite is like a rubber band, so if I keep pulling it tight, it’ll cut off someday. Sometimes I need to treat myself to something delicious.
