The answer is no. Twisting and pinching the belly fat can put pressure on the subcutaneous tissue to help reduce moisture or swelling, but it has nothing to do with burning fat. So would it be helpful to lose your sit-up belly fat? Exercising on a particular area doesn’t just mean that you lose weight. If you exercise intensively in the area, your muscle endurance increases, and your basal metabolic rate increases, but not only fat in that area is consumed. If you want to lose belly fat, it is good to do core exercises while walking and hip exercises at the same time.
