Everyone knows that late-night snacks are unhealthy. Nevertheless, it is also a late-night snack that is hard to stop. Late-night snacks are known to cause various diseases such as obesity, constipation, and insomnia, as well as chronic indigestion, but it is not easy to stop eating late-night snacks that have already been habitual.
